The problem
Off-the-shelf CRMs price per user per month in a currency that is not ours, and still cannot send a sequence that respects local sending rules or reconcile a reply from WhatsApp.
What we built
- 01Contacts, companies and a pipeline, with import from a spreadsheet that people actually have
- 02Templates and campaigns, with per-recipient personalisation and a suppression list that is honoured everywhere
- 03Deliverability done properly: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI, unsubscribe handling, and separation of one-off mail from campaign mail
- 04An admin behind authentication, on the same infrastructure as the site
