The expensive AI mistake is almost never technical. It is automating the wrong process, buying from the wrong vendor, or launching something nobody told the staff about. This course is about those three. You will leave having priced a real automation in your own department, with the arithmetic on paper.

Build Your First Agent
Ship a working WhatsApp agent before you go home.

The engineering course. You build an agent that reads a real message, decides what to do, calls a real tool, writes to a real system and knows when to hand over to a person. We cover the parts that tutorials skip: what happens when the model is wrong, when the API is down, and when someone tries to talk it into something it should not do.

Computer Vision for Operations
Make the cameras you already own do useful work.

Most sites already have the cameras. This course is about what can honestly be done with them: what vision detects reliably, what it does not, what it costs to run, and how to scope a first project small enough to actually finish. We work on footage from your own site where you can supply it.
