About YaoTech
The businesses that win the next decade will have the smartest systems, not the biggest teams.
That is the bet YaoTech is built on. We build those systems, then we help you maintain and improve them.
Our conviction
Growing should not mean hiring
When volume rises, the reflex is to hire. But most of the extra work is the same reply, the same form, the same order re-typed into the same three tools — none of it needs judgement.
We build the systems that take it off your team. They don't get smaller; they get their week back for the work you actually hired them for.

02How we think
Three principles we do not bend
Each one has already cost us work. That is the test of a real principle.
- 01
Practicality over hype
Demos don't run your business. We care what a system does on a busy Tuesday — not in a pitch. If a person or a simple rule does the job better, we'll say so, even if it costs us the project.
- 02
Built for how business really works
Real operations are messy: half-filled CRMs, prices in a spreadsheet, approvals over chat. We build for that — agents that plug into the tools you already use, escalate when unsure, and log every decision.
- 03
Partnership over projects
An agent isn't a website. It meets new products, new edge cases, changing formats — and decays if nobody tends it. We don't hand over and vanish. We watch it, fix it, and improve it with you.
03Our story
How YaoTech started
We kept meeting the same business. Good product, loyal customers, a team that cared — and quietly drowning. Someone stayed late to copy orders into the billing tool. Someone answered the same question for the hundredth time. Someone rebuilt the same report by hand every Monday. Nobody had chosen to work this way. It just piled up, one “we’ll fix it later” at a time.
We could have sold them one more tool for the pile. Instead we decided to build the thing that quietly does the work in the background — and then stays. That is what YaoTech is for: the unglamorous middle of a business, the repetitive work that needs no judgement but eats the week. We build the system that takes it off your team’s desk, and we stick around to keep it running well.
04Who you work with
You work with the people who build it
There is no account manager. The person who scopes your system is the person who writes it, and the person who picks up when it misbehaves.

Co-founder & CEO
“An organisation is not its headcount. It is the set of decisions it can make in a day. AI raises that ceiling for a company of five the same way it does for a company of five hundred.”
Rouitanko Madi Betsaleel “The companies people will trust in ten years are the ones that answer at midnight and still sound human. That is not a marketing problem. It is a systems problem.”

If that is how you want to work, let's talk.
Thirty minutes. You show us how your operation runs today, we tell you where a system pays for itself and where it would be a waste of your money.
